"You know she's official when it's UNofficial, and she's still loyal."
Saw this quote a while ago and I got to thinking a little.
At first I felt like it only applied to a lady who lacks wisdom. But that's not really fair to say. We've all heard the saying a billion times.."Love is blind." Sometimes it paralyzes the mind and causes us to think with our hearts instead. Not the best choice in my opinion. We'll decide to stay with the one we love without realizing {or choosing not to realize} that letting go may be the best thing for us. Perhaps that's something we all come to understand a bit better with time and/or experience.
Then I thought, it really doesn't matter how loyal you are to a person. If there's been no conversation about how or where things are going, you shouldn't be all in, and you shouldn't expect anything..or should you..?
Yet and still, another part of me feels like you have to be super DOPE {Lol} to stick by someone, knowing that things may never be "like that". It's really awesome when you think about the love, strength, selflessness, etc. that must require.
As you can see, my thoughts are all over the place folks! I was hoping you all would share your own opinions with me. I'm definitely open to hearing them. Talk to me, men and women alike!
